I am looking forward to meet you ! Meeting first time customers has been a wonderful experience ! And it is partly because I created a list of my own groupon rules.

1/ Only good vibes and beautiful intentions inside the salon and with me and my fellows co workers and other clients .(NO DRAMA, I will personally ask you to leave if there is a disagreement ,or negativity or agressivity ).LET’S KEEP THIS SPA MOMENT A SPA MOMENT!

2/ during consultation there will be a fair assessment and the service you will get will be entirely covered by your voucher.( IF THERE NEED TO BE MORE WORK THAN THE GROUPON COVERS YOU WILL BE INFORM AT THE CONSULTATION .)

3/ groupon voucher DOES NOT cover color corrections.

4/ A 20% GRATUITY on the original price of the service is recommended . (actually off the groupon etiquette page)

4/agree to only leave reviews on groupon website only as my business culture is to have ZERO PRESENCE ON LINE . I have seen too many small businesses being bullied and scammed with the reviews system . Reviews system is sooo 20 years ago!we have moved on…

5/ I want you to know that I am a very generous stylist and I use beautiful expensive products from Kerastase to Daviness to Candy Shaw…and I love spoiling my clients.

6/ ONLY 1 VOUCHER PER CLIENT

7/ I RESERVE TO MYSELF THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR DENIED SERVICE (sometimes we can’t be a match but I trust you will find your stylist match deep in my heart ).
